Privacy notice

What we collect: the answers to the four questions (not linked to you unless you opt in). If you opt in: name, email, phone, company name or business ID, your consents with their exact wording, version and time.

Why: to show you buyer demand, and, only with your consent, to contact you on the channels you chose. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Who sees it: Mergero advisors only. Buyers do not see your identity unless you agree. Nothing is sold or shared without your permission.

Retention: contact details are deleted 24 months after our last contact with you, or earlier on request. Anonymous answers are kept as statistics.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, objection, and complaint to your data protection authority.

AI: an AI tool may draft internal notes and message suggestions. A Mergero person reviews every message before it is sent.
